1985 Ciocc Designer

I was able to find a 56cm Ciocc Designer Columbus SL(?) frame (like the pink one) to replace the larger Mockba '80, which I dearly cherished but couldn't ride comfortably. This beauty has a superbly deep and rich Joe Bell paint job. I moved the Campagnolo Super Record groupset from the Mockba '80 to this frame. Couple that with a vintage Brooks Professional and it was worth all the effort! It may very well be the crown jewel of my vintage builds. 

2006 Serotta Custom Ti

UPDATE: Again, its been a few years sine I photographed this frame. its currently built with a 3T (stem, bars, seatpost) Brooks Professional Saddle and the Mavic Kysrium SSC wheelset.  The last incarnation: recently rebuilt with a 10 speed Campagnolo Veloce group, Proton wheelset, 3T Dorico seatpost and Ergosum Pro bars, with the Brooks B17 Narrow saddle on top. I shortened the steerer tube by by 2" as well. Fits nicely and rides fast. One short lived build prior... Ive broken the "Italian-only" rule for my collection and added this titanium frame, US made, bike to the stable. At least the name sounds italian. Found it on Craigslist in Asheville for $800+ fork and headset and a pair of Shimano brakes I can't use. I had been curious whether all the hype around titanium ride quality was warranted. Well, it is! I built it up today from new and old parts off nearly every bike I have. The build is, as it stands today: 56CM Serotta Custo
