I picked up a new frame this passed week from West Roxbury, MA on ebay. Built it up over the last couple days and took it on its maiden voyage this weekend. Decided to retire the 2008 Bianchi Via Nirone frame for this steel celeste beauty. Its a 2002 Bianchi XL Boron. Boron Steel is evidently a proprietary Dedacciai EOM 16.5 tubeset made for Bianchi. It weighs in at 18 lbs, which for a steel frame bike sounds pretty good. It's basically the same setup as my 08 except for the Kestrel EMS Pro carbon fork. It rides smoothly and I've now converted my stable to all steel.
